A Management Plan for Home Food Storage

In 1995, Rebecca Low and Georgia C. Lauritzen, from the Utah State University Cooperative Extension, published a workbook entitled “A Management Plan for Home Food Storage“, which provides a detailed plan for creating and implementing a family food storage plan. Please note that although this workbook does not reflect the newly revised Food Storage guidelines from the pamphlet “All Is Safely Gathered In: Family Home Storage” produced by the Church, this workbook can easily be adapted to incorporate the new guidelines of a 3 Month and Long Term Storage plan by changing 292 days into 90 days In step 4.
